We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Team Administrative Assistant to join our team on a key client account. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our portfolio nationally.
The Opportunity:
* Provide full administrative support and assistance to the Director, Portfolio Operations Manager and the wider team as required
* Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
* Prepare and format reports/meeting agendas, meeting minutes and prepare for final distribution
* Prepare monthly expense reconciliations, maintain credit card transactions across the portfolio
* Organise meetings, client activities and functions and provide assistance with the organisation of conferences, including identifying venues, organising entertainment & travel arrangements
* Organise travel and accommodation for the team when required and maintain accurate travel expenditure records
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
* Maintain portfolio document management systems and ensure file management systems are kept up to date and filing is undertaken on a regular basis as required.
About You:
* Expert level and experience of core Microsoft Packages – Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Experience in Administration within a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
* Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.
* Ability to take initiatives and work with minimal supervision
