This is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your administration career.This is a contract position until the end of July 2025 on a 10:4 roster.Your main responsibilities for this support role include:Setting up projectsManaging costing data sheetsProject costings and invoicesUpdating risk registers and relevant project documentationReviewing timesheetsGenerating and distributing reportsFinancial trackingThis will be a key support role, assisting the project delivery team with their day to day administrative duties as you facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.The ability to prepare claims & invoices, conduct site inductions, arrange travel, track on site deliveries, and create project documents, folders and site packs while working to a high standard will be essential.
