SAPOL is undertaking major capital initiatives that require thesupport of an experienced Project Administrator. This is anew role working in the Major Projects Unit in the PhysicalAssets Services Branch (PASB), and provides strong business,financial, risk and project administration acumen to a diverseteam of project managers and range of capital projectsand relocation initiatives supporting SAPOL’soperational and policing objectives across the statewide assetportfolio.
Key activities include managing project administrationrequirements, project controls, maintaining accurate financial andproject information data, ongoing analysis and reporting on budgetallocations, forecasts and financial expenditure includingvariations, drafting and providing input to executive briefs,project monitoring, milestone reporting, risk registers andexecutive reporting, creating
presentations, updating the unit’s Intranet site andsupporting project governance and procurement requirements,supporting robust documentation of projects which contribute toefficient and effective operations.
PASB is comprised of six units: Capital Strategy & ProjectsUnit, Major Projects Unit, Contracts, Impound and ArmouryUnit, Strategic Operations Section: Fleet & Stores, FacilitiesManagement Unit and Business Unit.

1. The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
2. The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
3. Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
4. The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
Salary ASO6 - $97,022 -$102,626 per annum.
