Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, CALD, LGBTQIA+, and at-risk individuals.
* Support service users with activities like housing and physical activity.
* Co-facilitate group programs and host community events.
* Provide referrals to local services in consultation with the team.
* Represent Medicare Mental Health Centre Lismore at community events.
About You:
* Have or are studying a Certificate IV in Peer Work for Mental Health.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to connect with diverse individuals.
* Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and issues.
* Strong community development and networking experience.
