About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing client relationships, responding to RFQs and tenders, and driving sales growth in new and existing markets. Reporting to the National Manager, you'll lead the charge in expanding our presence, achieving sales targets, and fostering innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to target key markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Set and achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Lead marketing initiatives, including social media promotion and trade show representation.
• Produce detailed project proposals and monitor sales metrics using CRM and ERP systems.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and new technologies.
• Mentor and support sales team members while promoting the company's products and services.
