Industrial Relations & Employment Law (Legal) Full time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer, full time or part-time, to join our dynamic team based in Collins Street, Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years post admission experience in employment law and a proven track record of successfully handling a variety of employment-related cases. About You: To be successful in the role, you will have: A Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws degree (or equivalent) and admission to practice in Victoria At least 4 years post-admission experience in employment law/industrial relations, ideally acting for employers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills to manage competing priorities A proactive and professional approach with a commitment to ethical standards Ability to work closely and cooperatively with others, including as a mentor and supervisor to more junior staff Genuine enthusiasm for challenging and interesting employment law work The ideal candidate values a collaborative client-focused working environment.
