Purpose This role drives performance across the leisure and connected partners portfolio, shaping the sales strategy by enhancing top line revenue through optimisation efforts. Building and nurturing partnerships, collaborating with cross functional teams and leveraging data insights to enhance market presence and optimise sales opportunities. Your focus will be on optimising revenue and aligning leisure channel strategies with broader business objectives that lead to increased market share, customer engagement, and profitability, both locally and internationally. Hybrid working arrangement offered.
Location either Sydney or Gold Coast.
Primary Responsibilities Drive segment and account performance by strengthening relationships with our partners by acting as the key point of contact for the accounts in your designated portfolio.Develop and implement account and action plans for accounts in line with Accor's commercial strategy.Utilize regular data analysis to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and incremental business and implement action plans accordingly.Assist with developing a leisure activity & engagement calendar.Analyse campaign performance using a data-driven approach and provide budget recommendations for hotel activations.Assist in developing and managing marketing opportunities and tactical campaigns with key partners, both online and offline.Assist regional team(s) in leisure segment planning and best practice implementation.Represent Accor at regional and national trade events, special events and networking functions.Offer strategic advice to regional leadership for revenue generation.Provide regular reports on leisure segment and relevant industry updates.Actively manage assigned accounts, including sales calls, training, and updates.Skills and Experience Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management preferred but not essential.Demonstrates a record of accomplishment of engaging with stakeholders across different organizational levels and fostering relationships.Exhibits effective presentation skills for showcasing the advantages of Accor to clients.Computer proficiency in Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Salesforce web-based applications.Process and data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking abilities.Previous experience with OTA's (cost per click marketing) and Leisure Agencies preferred but not essential.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
