AWS HEM (Health and Event Management) is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a strategic initiative aimed at increasing customer adoption of AWS Health. If you thrive in high-visibility initiatives and are excited about scaling AWS Health and support for hyper-scale customers, we'd love to hear from you As a TPM, you will own and drive a cross-functional program to accelerate customer adoption of AWS Health including Planned Lifecycle Event (PLE) management best practices and self-service tools. You will work closely with field teams such as Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Solution Architects as well as Product Managers to design and implement a structured approach for customers to operationalize AWS Health, reducing reliance on people and ensuring scalability. This program will set maturity milestones for customers and target reduction in people hours spent on PLE management for high-maturity customers. Key job responsibilities As a strategic thinker, you will be responsible for balancing long-term transformation with short-term execution. You should have a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving measurable customer impact. In this role, you will: - Define program requirements and execute a structured program to drive customer adoption of AWS Health including Planned Lifecycle Event management. - Partner with internal teams to identify gaps, improve project and process efficiency as well as influence roadmap priorities - Develop mechanisms to measure maturity levels, track adoption and drive program-related metrics - Work with leadership to drive prioritization and alignment across AWS teams, ensuring an elevated customer experience. - Lead cross-functional engagements with marquee customers to evangelize best practices and provide hands-on enablement. A day in the life As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), in E2M Pulse (AWS HEM) you'll lead a program to help marquee customers achieve self-sufficiency in PLE management at scale. You'll collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, Escalation Engineers, and Product Teams to drive adoption, remove barriers, and establish best practices. Your day involves strategizing with AWS Health teams and TAMs guiding customers through adoption roadmaps, analyzing progress, and aligning stakeholders. You'll facilitate workshops, track impact, and report to leadership. By balancing strategy and execution, you'll empower customers to manage PLEs independently, improving both customer efficiency and scalability. About the team AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with AWS Training and Certification, optimize with AWS Support and Managed Services, and meet objectives with AWS Security Assurance Services. Our expertise and emerging technologies include AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. AWS Health and Event Management (HEM) technology and operations provides AWS customers and partners timely information and actionable guidance to improve their application availability and respond more gracefully to service disruptions and planned changes. The key personas we serve are site reliability engineering (SRE) teams responsible for incident response, cloud center of excellence (CCoE) teams that implement best-practice monitoring, and DevOps engineers responsible for the availability and operation of AWS resources.
