About the Client Licella is the global leader in advanced recycling technology, their proprietary Cat-HTR™ platform is being built commercially across the circular plastics and renewables sectors with partners including Canfor, Dow and Shell. Cat-HTR™ is a breakthrough technology, using hot pressurised water (a process known as hydrothermal liquefaction) to convert a wide range of feedstocks, including biomass residues and end of life plastics, into synthetic oil that enables the production of high-value, low carbon products, such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Key Responsibilities Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling to support the evaluation of M&A opportunities. Develop project finance models and bankable evidence to assist in securing equity and debt funding for sustainable infrastructure projects. Industry research, including market, financial, and operational analysis. Support investor due diligence and investor relations. Support the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for the executive team and potential investors. Monitor industry trends and conduct research to inform commercial and corporate development. Manage data rooms and ensure accurate and timely provision of information to stakeholders during M&A transactions. Assist in negotiating terms and structuring deals to maximize value and minimise risk. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g. CFA) is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure M&A, with a focus on project finance and financial modelling. Proven track record in developing complex financial models and conducting financial analysis. Preference for knowledge in relevant fields such as petrochemicals, renewables, recycling.
