It is continuing to develop this capability by:Modernising the technology foundations and applications, and increasing the cybersecurity position of the organisation.Evolving our internal processes to navigate the development and deployment of emerging technologies.Continuing to mature our use of technology across the 6 strategic shifts outlined within the Agency Technology Strategy 2025.Enhancing collaboration with academic institutions, agency forces, and the technology sector to understand technological challenges and opportunities to strengthen agency capabilities.Requirements:Key duties and responsibilities:Business analysis, documentation, testing, report writing, and business process design.Requirements elicitation and facilitation workshops.Produce functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, and scenarios.Document and maintain backlog items, which could include user stories, epics, specifications, bugs, or change requirements.Analyse and map processes, user pathways, and information flows.Manage business stakeholders and act as a conduit between business and the project team.Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members.Support the project with business readiness activities, including but not limited to documenting operating procedures, supporting the delivery of training, and when necessary, assisting with user acceptance testing.Remain accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements; share expertise with others and guide and mentor less experienced buyer employees.Record and maintain files/information in accordance with buyer requirements.Essential criteria:Solution: The extent to which the candidate's response meets the agency's requirements as set out in the ATM documents.Ability to deliver: The extent to which the potential candidates demonstrate their capability and capacity to provide the requirements.The client has specified that each candidate must provide a one-page pitch to address the above criteria specified.
