We have an opportunity for a talented Operations Centre Analyst – Travel to join our team in West Perth, WA. Reporting to the Regional Operations Control Centre Manager the Operations Centre Analyst - Travel will be responsible for supporting our transient workforce travel from their home locations to our bases of operations throughout Australia. The Operations Centre Analyst would perfectly suit a person re/entering the workforce, changing careers or who have recently completed a Cert III in Business Administration and is looking for a career in aviation, all training is provided. All you have to do is get on board. Coordinate travel requirements between the traveler and the travel provider for CHC Australia Operations. Ensure that all bookings (air travel, hotel, and ground transport) are in compliance with the company travel policy. Ensure that travel arrangements are entered into the crew management system in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of work rules and scheduling practices and ensure that crew members’ travel is booked accordingly. Engage with Schedulers to manage irregularities as applicable to positioning crew members. Make adjustments and coordinate as necessary to recover disruptions and irregular operations (missed flights, miss-connections, no-shows, etc.). Review and code travel invoices (air, car, and hotel) as required. Required Qualifications Minimum Year 12 or equivalent Skills/Experience: Experience in a similar Travel Planner role within the corporate travel industry beneficial but not essential. Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) beneficial but not essential. Competent with MS office packages. Ability to engage strong relationships at all levels. Team orientated with a can-do attitude. Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports. Strong problem solving and solution-oriented skills. Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
