Job Title: Logistics / Administration Assistant
Job Summary:
A dynamic individual is sought to join our team as a Logistics / Administration Assistant in a privately owned manufacturing business based in Padstow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the General Manager with customer sales and inquiries
* Raise purchase orders and invoices
* Manage incoming calls and provide support with Accounts Receivable & Payable
* Record minutes of meetings, follow up on action points as required
* Prepare correspondence and reports
* Build stock inventories and control inventory in off-site warehouses
* Assist logistics with freight allocation and reconciliation
* Help management establish production planning in line with sales
Requirements:
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable or tertiary education in Accounts
* Strong administration skills with high accuracy
* High level of customer service and effective interpersonal skills
* Organised with ability to prioritise
