Our client, RiverCruz Café Bundaberg, a beautiful café located along the scenic Burnett River, is seeking to employ Restaurant Managers in multiple full-time positions. Known for its outdoor dining experience and pet-friendly deck area, RiverCruz Café offers a relaxed, waterfront setting for guests to enjoy. The available positions come with a competitive salary ranging from AUD 70K to 80K per annum, plus superannuation, and are negotiable for the right candidates. You will be required to do the following duties: Oversee and coordinate daily operations of both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams to ensure seamless service. Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently aiming to maximize guest satisfaction. Monitor and manage operational costs, implementing strategies to meet financial targets and budgets. Handle all aspects of staff management, including the preparation and organization of staff rosters. Train and mentor new and existing employees to uphold high standards of customer service. Accurately forecast future inventory needs for goods, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies. Demonstrate a commitment to consistently exceed guest expectations. Ensure strict adherence to all approved work practices, policies, and operational guidelines by staff members. Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef to foster a cohesive team dynamic between FOH and BOH. Work closely with the Senior Chef team to assist in menu development and implementation. Maintain a strong working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) regulations. Prepare and review detailed reports for senior management, providing valuable insights for operational improvement. To be considered for this role, you should: Have at least 2-3 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager Ability to work in a team. Very good communication skills.
