As Senior D365 Developer, you'll be building and supporting business applications using a combination of low-code solutions and custom code. You'll work closely with the Technology team and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for a variety of business areas, including Sales (CRM), Marketing, and more. Your role will involve not only creating new applications and features but also providing ongoing support and enhancements to existing solutions. Your role - Development and optimisation of Dynamics 365 applications, including system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Manage related databases to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability. Provide technical leadership in the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements. Take charge of developing complex application changes and solutions for ongoing operational improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand system requirements, and design and propose viable, high-impact solutions. Lead requirements gathering sessions, document findings, and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Work through the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to implement, test, and release changes to the D365 applications. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business users to ensure smooth deployment of changes. Act as the lead point of contact for production issues, analysing and resolving technical problems swiftly. Provide high-level support during outages and restore/recovery events. Participate in the design, testing, and execution of disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal downtime and business continuity. Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM using tools such as Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, Web Apps,, and general Azure services. Proficiency in data migration for Dynamics 365, using tools like Azure Data Factory, and custom code solutions. .NET development skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps for delivery management. Proven ability to apply commercial acumen to drive business value through technology, demonstrating a clear understanding of how technical solutions align with broader organisational goals. Extensive experience in system analysis, enabling you to assess business needs, identify system requirements and recommend effective solutions.
