Your Contribution: Execution and Production: Work within the pastry team to produce an array of pastry cakes and desserts, adhering to contemporary trends and classic techniques. This role requires a significant level of skill and creativity, with a focus on executing the menu designed by senior culinary leadership. Maintaining High Standards: Assist in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation in all pastry and dessert offerings. Your contributions will be vital to upholding the venue's reputation for excellence. Support and Supervision: Provide support and supervision to junior pastry chefs, playing a key role in their development by sharing knowledge and ensuring adherence to the restaurant's best practices.
