Role Overview:
The successful candidate will provide strategic economic analysis for property markets, development feasibility, and urban planning initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of property economics, market dynamics, and policy frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver property economics projects, including feasibility studies, market analysis, and economic impact assessments.
Provide expert advice on property trends, investment strategies, and land-use planning.
Develop economic models and forecasts to support decision-making for clients.
Engage with government agencies, private developers, and industry bodies to shape economic policies and strategies.

Mentor and guide junior economists within the team.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Property Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in property economics, market analysis, or development feasibility.
Strong understanding of Australia's property markets, planning frameworks, and economic drivers.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex economic projects.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in consultancy, government, or property development sectors is highly regarded.
