About the role
:
1. Drive improvements in safety performance through the delivery CDO safety programs
2. Identifying and managing WH&S risks within the business
3. Providing advice on ad supporting a safe and healthy workplace
4. Ensuring that practices reflect the highest standards in WH&S
5. Proactively participating adhoc projects, initiatives and tasks as required by the Safety Lead
6. Developing, analyzing and reporting on complex project performance, compliance and defects and/or non-conformance
What you will have:
7. 5 - 10 years in a Safety (H) (E) (Q) role in a construction environment, civil or mechanical/electrical/water infrastructure background
8. High level of knowledge of safety (H) (E) (Q) management system techniques and tools
9. Demonstrated skill and experience in qualitative risk assessment and development and monitoring of risk controls
10. Demonstrated skill and experience in conducting and interpreting audits and reviews
11. High level of knowledge of Safety (H) (E) (Q) legislation and statutes and ability to interpret any applicable statutes or legislation relevant to Project
