This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Azure/Systems Support Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our team in a varied and dynamic role.
This is a diverse role working within a small internal team servicing a national business based in our Fremantle office.
Responsibilities:
Azure data storage solutions: Architecture, security, migration and availabilityInternal server/network infrastructure and backup managementFacilitating a Cloud-1st approach to data residence, service provision and securityMaintaining strong ICT Support standardsUpskilling existing staff in Azure Storage practices to improve capabilityNational ICT Support escalation point and local support of central west OfficesExperience:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Systems including Azure Storage, Exchange Online, EntraID and Microsoft 365Local systems knowledge including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper V, Powershell, Veeam, Fortinet and networking.Hardware troubleshooting – Dell/HP/FortinetAbility to work autonomously while maintaining service standardsPrevious experience using IT Support RMM and ticketing platformsExposure to Cyber technologies and strategyBenefits of ACOR:
