In this role, you will support the State Manager in overseeing daily operations, coordinating training activities, and ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework. If you're ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead operations while ensuring adherence to ASQA regulations and the VET Quality Framework.Manage a dedicated team of trainers and assessors, offering guidance, support, and ongoing professional development.Assist with recruitment, performance development, and initiatives for professional growth.Oversee training scheduling and completion, ensuring compliance with regulations.Support the State and General Manager in achieving operational goals.Contribute to and promote sales initiatives effectively.Inspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed productivity targets.About You:Proven experience in an RTO, with a solid understanding of the VET Quality Framework and compliance requirements.Strong coordination skills to help motivate and develop a team of trainers.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships.A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car are required.About Us:Founded in 1968, Ashley Services Group Limited (ASG) is a leading Labour Hire, Technical Services, and Training organisation with over 50 years of expertise in workforce management.
