Key Responsibilities: Synchronising Activities: Coordinate maintenance tasks with stakeholders to avoid redundant visits and reduce unnecessary travel time.Optimise Scheduling: Maximise workforce productivity by ensuring efficient scheduling that minimises downtime and non-productive time.Timely Dispatching: Dispatch work orders promptly to keep the field workforce productive and minimise disruptions.Maximise Productivity: Monitor fieldwork to optimise efficiency and reduce wasted time.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and take action to prevent problems before they occur.Database Management: Maintain spreadsheets and databases accurately to track progress and activities.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.What We're Looking For: Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to identify, interpret, and manage risks proactively.Planning background and traffic management exposure is a MUST.A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.Ability to keep accurate records and manage workflow queues in line with KPIs.
