You'll be PAID to learn on the job over 48 months with AWCI NSW. Your duties will include: Learning and practicing plastering techniques to develop your skills. Meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Keeping tools and equipment in good condition. Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organised workspace. Assisting plasterers with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and taping. Helping with the installation of plaster materials on walls and ceilings.
