The Role As our Business Strategy & Reporting Insights Analyst, you'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, turning data into powerful insights that shape business strategy.
Reporting into the COO, you will support strategic decision-making by providing expert analytics, insightful reporting, and a deep understanding of both broader business operations and specific financial metrics.
As a passionate data storyteller, you will craft and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic insights and findings to senior leadership and C-suite teams, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities and Key Requirements Deliver high-impact insights – Analyze key financial and operational metrics from disparate sources to drive business growth and profitability.Own strategic reporting – Provide senior leadership with data-driven recommendations that influence major business decisions.Enhance commercial performance – Identify trends, optimize business unit economics, and unlock new opportunities for revenue growth.Leverage technical expertise – Utilize Advanced Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python (good to have) to extract, analyze, and visualize complex data.Be a proactive strategist – Solve problems with keen financial acumen and a sharp eye for detail.Influence at all levels – Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate a complex organization and present insights persuasively.Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, with a major in Finance, Economics, or Accounting a big plus.
