The working days will be Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with an option for flexible working hours. As a key team member in the district, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our district office and volunteer members whilst providing guidance to staff, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.Your main duties will include:Efficient office management: Ensure the District/Regional office operates effectively, prioritising tasks and issues on behalf of management and staff.Customer service: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external clients, handling interactions with diplomacy, confidentiality, and professionalism.Document management and preparation: Oversee the preparation, retention, and accessibility of reports and documents using the appropriate record management systems.
