The job day to day Design transport infrastructure projects. Car parks, roundabouts, intersections, council jobs and state gov projects. They aren't necessarily on the likes of NEL just yet but they are biting at the heels of others. Projects are tier two sized projects. These make for great projects to build a career on as they are fun, move fairly quickly and as a senior, you can usually look after 1, 2, 3 solo and get the experience of end to end design or project management. Leadership ambitions? We can see them come to fruition. Needs You'll need a degree, perhaps NER accreditation, CPEng would be nice, some proficient 12D skills. You'll also need an interest in your work, a 'why', a reason for where you are. You'll need to be an adventure seeker.
