About the Role
As a Sales Consultant/Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, offering tailored solutions that meet their individual needs and preferences. You'll leverage your product knowledge to demonstrate proper use and maintenance, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets while staying up to date with the latest industry trends and product innovations. This full-time role, based in Rocklea, also involves conducting in-home consultations, making it essential to have a full driver's license.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and ready for trading.
* Lead and manage a team, scheduling, assigning tasks, and ensuring performance standards are met.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, including health professionals.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from customer inquiry to order delivery, both in-store and through home consultations.
