2. Salary: $35.58 - $48.55 + 25% casual loading - RN/RM1
3. Multiple positions: Casual, working over a 7 day roster
Joining the Country Health Connect team, you will provide high quality primary health care to clients living in the Limestone Coast community. Utilising your interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships, you will assist with the provision of professional nursing care aimed at improving patient health outcomes. With the opportunity to use a variety of skills, your duties will involve assessing patients' needs, planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate service delivery options and communicating changes in condition and care. You will be working in partnership with consumers, communities and other organisations in the Limestone Coast Region, as part of a multidisciplinary model of care. You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. With demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards, you will have effective communication skills, including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. With the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting. Ideally you will bring the ability to engage with Aboriginal community/consumers in a culturally appropriate manner and a willingness to undertake further training in this manner.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
