We have convenient locations and cutting-edge technology to ensure a seamless recycling experience at our fully staffed depots and Express collection points.
As a Casual Depot Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers.
2. Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories.
3. Transporting items to the relevant storage area, using forklifts or manual handling methods.
4. Ensuring customers are welcomed and assisted with their recycling products, fostering loyalty.
5. Cash handling procedures.
6. Maintaining adherence to health and safety protocols, identifying hazards and reporting concerns.
7. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Ensuring staff have the necessary skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
1. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook software.
3. A proactive attitude with customer service as the primary focus in all interactions.
