Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as Assistant Manager will include:
* Leading and inspiring the team to provide an exceptional guest experience every time
* Managing daily operations of the Venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruitment, rostering, and guest assistance
* Bringing passion for good food and creating memorable moments for our guests
* Cultivating creativity to develop and grow the business through innovative initiatives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Hospitality or retail leadership experience, preferably covering food, bars, and gaming
* Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
* Operational expertise to achieve financial and business targets
* Highly developed customer service skills
* Current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications
