Your Role -
Effective management of all arrivals and departures ensuring that check in and check out procedures are followed Processing new reservations and managing changes to existing bookings Maximising room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities Process and deliver in-room dining and mini bar Preparation of daily reports as required What you will need – Ability to work nights and weekends is essential Previous experience using Opera Cloud is highly regarded Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude Eye for detail and accuracy Ability to work on your own and as part of a team If this is the opportunity you have been looking for, then we would love to hear from you.Screening Questions Do you have your RSA?
