Day to Day Conducting qualifying communications, written and verbalActively follow up on proposalsIssuing contracts for secured bookings and following up depositsMaintaining comprehensive, accurate and systematic file notes in DelphiPresenting benefit-focused site inspections and follow-up communicationsSupplying contracts to clients, and following up as needed to secure a signed contract and depositNegotiating contract Terms and Conditions to meet client requirementsMonitoring business leads and maintaining timely follow-up with a goal to confirm existing leadsActively pursuing market intelligence and potential business on an ongoing basis for revenue developmentMaintaining the Envision system, tracing and prospecting both previous clients and potential clients to secure bookings for future eventsWhat we are looking for?
