The role is responsible for several key areas:Lead the delivery of process improvements and BAU/project initiatives to ensure each initiative is delivered in a stable and sustainable manner, while delivering the best experience to our stakeholders,Ensure the Financial Crime delivery framework and governance is followed for every change,Ensure all risk in change and ANZ Delivery Framework (ADF) activities are completed with the correct level of governance,Find opportunities to create efficiency gains, mitigate risks, improve operational performance through automation, process redesign and transformation,Providing guidance and leadership to direct reports.Role Type: 12 month OpportunityRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full TimeWhat will your day look like?This role is accountable for:Providing guidance and leadership to direct reports.Promotion and role modelling of delivery excellence best practices and create learning opportunities.Proactively identifying, supporting and driving opportunities for changeLeading and delivering initiatives E2E – including but not limited to; requirements gathering, solution design, project planning, project governance, business implementation activities and executing risk in change processes.Contributing to and driving Delivery Excellence to increase the delivery capability within the Delivery team and within the Financial crime Portfolio. Identifying and understanding the business problem and the impact of the proposed solution on the organisation's operations.Ensuring adherence to the FCP Delivery framework and the ANZ delivery and governance frameworkLeveraging business analysis skills to define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making, assess and design solution outcomes & identify capability gaps (people, process and technological).Management of effective and efficient delivery and managing risks, issues and dependenciesStakeholder management including management of project stakeholders across FCP, divisions and senior staff.Triaging of new work requests, to determine and document all impacts.In-depth stakeholder insights and acts as an advocate, enhancing the stakeholder experience.What will you bring?A result driven self-starter with a passion for delivery and ability to work across large & smaller initiatives.Proven experience in facilitating requirements elicitation and documentation.Proven experience in translating business requirements into user stories and support technical development and testing of solution. Experience in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and developing and implementing solutionsProven experience in the creation and management of business implementation activities including risk in change activities.Proven experience in change management activities and techniques.Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building abilityExperience in facilitating training to stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.Familiar in project delivery methodologies (agile, waterfall)Equivalent experience of at least 8+ years in project delivery, governance and change management.Leadership skills - including direct management of 2-4 direct reports.Proactive attitude to undertake responsibilities that add value, ability to simplify practises, and drive efficiency.So why join us?
