We are searching for an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Cape Lodge in Margaret River. Cape Lodge offers an intimate luxury experience with 22 secluded guest rooms and a grand 4-bedroom private residence. The acclaimed Cape Lodge Restaurant, one of Western Australia’s premier dining destinations, serves seasonal menus celebrating the finest local produce from Margaret River’s farms, our own kitchen garden, and pristine coastal waters. As Head Chef, you’ll oversee all kitchen operations, create innovative seasonal menus, and ensure each dish embodies our high standards.
