An exciting opportunity for a Brand, Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne Office. The ideal candidate could be employed in either a full time or part time capacity.
As a Brand, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will:
1. Source, create and publish engaging written, video and photo content on various internal and external channels including social media, intranet and websites.
2. Coordinate, schedule and approve content calendars and social media management platforms, including channel strategy and monitoring.
3. Assist with the design and creation of marketing collateral (print, digital, video), advertising and public relations campaigns.
4. Provide marketing support for sponsorships, exhibitions, and event.
5. Assist with maintaining online brand guidelines and asset libraries.
6. Assist with maintaining internal communication platforms, such as the Intranet, screensavers and emails.
7. Manage and maintain key analytical tools including Google Analytics and Meltwater media monitoring, including collation and distribution of weekly reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
8. One – three years’ experience in a similar role.
9. Experience using Canva platform.
10. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop advantageous but not necessary.
11. Proficiency with major social media platforms (business experience with LinkedIn will be especially highly regarded).
12. Experience with media monitoring in a corporate capacity.
13. Excellent written skills, especially in developing engaging online content.
14. A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
15. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
16. Ability to self-manage, work methodically, and meet deadlines.
