The Leadership Academy is looking for a Leadership and Unit Manager Training Facilitator to be responsible for the delivery of the onboarding and training, as well as the development of programs aimed at site / unit managers. This role can be based in Perth, Brisbane or Sydney, with regular interstate travel to support offices and regional sites. The Role: The facilitators are part of our broader learning & development team and their key accountabilities include: Facilitating Unit Manager Training Program workshops including people, safety, operational and financial management Facilitating development workshops including Stepping Up, Leadership in Action and Mapping for Action Identifying and designing solutions and enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding and training processes Ensure all training requirements are mapped out for new leaders and that completion rates are achieved Providing constructive individual evaluations and competency-based feedback to line managers and above to support the on-going development of our people Developing and maintaining the currency of workshop content The Person: We want to hear from our internal employees who have a passion for Learning & Development. This is a great opportunity for the leaders in our business to step into a new role that allows you to utilise your business knowledge and experience. As a facilitator you need to have the confidence and charisma to deliver programs virtually and in-person to groups of 10-25 people.
