About the role The role of the Education Team Lead (ETL) is to contribute to the development, implementation, and management of a contemporary education portfolio and lead the education team in providing innovative contemporary education. The DonateLife Victoria (DLV) ETL will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of current and innovative education and training systems and implementing processes to meet the organizational objective of delivering accurate, replicable, timely, resource-appropriate education and training to our nursing, medical, and other staff that comprise DLV. The ETL will utilize their extensive experience in integrated and blended learning incorporating online, simulation, and other contemporary systems to enhance and innovate the current education portfolio in line with the Organ Tissue Authority National Frameworks. Develop/enhance guidelines and protocols that ensure consistency and evidence-based best practice approaches to organ and tissue donation. Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for: Current registration with AHPRA Nursing Division 1 (General). Postgraduate qualifications in education and training. Minimum of five years' experience in a senior nursing education position. Previous experience reviewing, developing, and implementing integrated and blended learning, online and other contemporary learning systems. Highly developed communication and people leadership skills. Excellent presentation, teaching, and public speaking skills. Advanced level computer skills. Ability to function at a senior level in the delivery of small and large group facilitated workshops. Hold a current driver's license and have the capacity to travel state-wide. This is a fixed-term full-time opportunity until January 2026 with a hybrid working environment based out of Carlton Head Office.
