Duties
1. Coordinating marketing projects and managing campaigns
2. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
3. Running/overseeing team meetings
4. Managing external contractors
5. Marketing, advertising and uploading properties online
6. Processing listings and sales
7. Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and in line with the company processes
8. General administrative duties
The Candidate
9. 2 or more years industry experience
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. High attention to detail
12. Ability to work autonomously
13. Ability to multi-task and prioritise
14. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
15. Previous experience working with CRM systems
16. A love of learning and a passion for the industry
