Department of Parliamentary Services – Canberra ACT The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is recruiting for a Parliamentary Executive Level 1 Assistant Director, Capability Delivery within Digital Capability & Operations Branch. ISD is responsible for the provision of IT services to the Australian Parliament and electorate offices nationally. The Digital Capability & Operations Branch is responsible for the development of systems that underpin the operation of both chambers of Parliament, parliamentary committees, and the administrative functions across Parliament House. • Join the Digital Capability & Operations Branch, a dynamic and innovative branch that delivers digital solutions and services to support Parliament House and the parliamentary process. • As an Assistant Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the Capability Development section, supporting the Director in managing and leading a multidisciplinary team of technology professionals focused on application project delivery. • You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including business users, developers, project managers, vendors and other technical teams, to support the effective running of the section. • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the branch operations processes and practices, as well undertaking development opportunities.
