We would love you to have: Previous experience and skills in working in an IT Help desk environment providing direct support to users in a commercial environmentDemonstrated experience or knowledge across Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, LAN, WAN and server environmentsDemonstrated experience or knowledge across IOS devicesTrained and/or experience in hardware devices, including printers and WI-FI configurationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
