Job Description

3. Drive transformation initiatives across a diverse, 50-strong team with two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
4. Manage international HR operations, leveraging experience from group-level roles in other global regions.
5. Champion change management processes that support organizational restructuring and business expansion.
