What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have;
7. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.
8. Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognised culinary institution preferred.
9. Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach to management.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
11. Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
