Job description: Role: Senior Educator (Room Leader)

Employment Type: Full Time – 38 hours per week - must hold a DIPLOMA qualification
Pay: $32.49 - $33.46 per hour based on experience.

As a Diploma qualified Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Nollamara
Join the team at Goodstart Early Learning Nollamara, a specially designed child care center, where we strive to provide an inclusive, safe haven for every child that comes to our centre.
Our centre caters to children from six weeks to six years old across five dedicated rooms. We pride ourselves on our team of highly skilled educators who foster a nurturing, play-based learning environment. Each room, from Nursery to Preschool, follows the Early Years Learning Framework, with learning spaces thoughtfully arranged to spark engagement and exploration.
Daily art and music activities offer children endless opportunities to express their creativity. Moreover, our comprehensive School Readiness Program emphasizes numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, preparing children for the next step in their educational journey.
At Goodstart Nollamara, we utilize the Story Park platform, enhancing communication with families about their child's development and encouraging active participation in setting learning goals and providing feedback on our programs.

You’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Childrens Check
