Job Description About the Role: We are partnerd with a leading financial services institution to recruit an experienced Change Manager to lead and implement change initiatives for a high-impact divestment project within their insurance division.As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful transition of assets, operations, and stakeholders through a period of significant organizational change.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support divestment objectives.Conduct change impact assessments, identifying key areas affected and tailoring interventions accordingly.Collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to build awareness and readiness for the change process.Lead the design and delivery of targeted communications, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.Skills and Experience Required: Demonstrated experience in change management for complex transformation projects, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry.Strong understanding of divestment and separation projects, with proven ability to manage stakeholder impacts and build engagement.Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with experience in delivering clear, impactful messages at all organizational levels.Proficiency with change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR, PROSCI, or similar frameworks.What you'll get in return: 5-month contract with a possible extension.$900 per day + super.Hybrid wokring envirnoment.High perfroming team and an excellent culure!
