About the role
As a Member Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. You will work with our members to encourage them to embrace technology and support them in an increasingly digital future.
We currently have a part time opportunity at the Mount Barker branch, offering variable hours, 15-32 hours per week. To support your work life balance, we provide rosters over a 4-week period, and release these 1 week in advance. We are committed to providing service to the communities we serve across a Monday to Saturday week, and as such are looking for applicants with full flexibility to work across these days.

You are a people person who knows what it means to deliver great customer service. As a go-getter, you'll be comfortable striving towards targets and will enjoy helping our members. Don't worry if you haven't worked in a bank before, we will provide comprehensive, ongoing training to ensure you thrive.
