Tasks and Duties:
* Working with our team of chefs to plan delicious menus for our clients.
* Organizing special events and making sure they run smoothly.
* Buying ingredients and setting prices within our budget.
* Keeping track of our supplies and finances.
* Making sure our dining areas are clean, meet health standards, and look nice.
* Talking to customers to make sure they're happy with their food and service.
* Hiring and training our waitstaff and kitchen staff.
* Helping guests with reservations, greeting them, and taking their orders.
Desirable Qualification:
Have desirable chef qualification or at least three years of relevant experience that may substitute for the formal qualification.
Skills Required:
At least 2 years of work experience required as chef.
Have strong culinary techniques and be innovate with dishes and combining flavours.
Efficiently manage tasks on time and being meticulous in cooking techniques.
Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff.
Efficiently managing inventory and maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace.
