The organisationA highly reputable government agency is looking for an established executive assistant to provide high level executive support to an executive and is responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient and effective administration and coordination within the branch. They are looking to engage on an initial 3 month labour hire or non-ongoing period with potential extension. The roleAs the Executive Assistant you will: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the executives diary and inbox, screen calls, organise meetings, forums and workshops and arrange travel. Undertake financial management activities including credit card reconciliation, simple procurement and accounts payable processes. Coordinate and draft meeting papers and undertake secretariat functions when required. Manage records in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Other duties as directed. Skills & ExperienceThe successful applicant will be an experienced Executive Assistant who has: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at the APS5/6 level Clear and strong communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and be able to produce relevant timely correspondence in a clear understandable language.
