About the Role
Mentors play a key role in engaging job seekers and placing them into sustainable employment. They achieve outcomes by motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills required for successful employment. Mentors tailor their services to meet individual needs, supporting job seekers to progress towards the labor market and gain meaningful employment.
Requirements
To be a successful Asurian Mentor, you must balance empathy with a drive to achieve business outcomes. You will have solid customer service and administrative skills, as well as the ability to build successful relationships. Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service and administration, along with sound computer literacy skills, is advantageous.
