Campaign Director
Join the creative powerhouse at Hello, crowned back-to-back winners of Campaign Asia's 'Social Media Agency of the Year' in 2023 and 2024!
Collaborate with a passionate team across diverse accounts, including industry giants like Uber, Audible, Kimberly-Clark, BMW Group, Paramount + and Paramount Pictures, just to name a few.
As the Campaign Director, you will oversee and manage a diverse range of projects and campaigns for Hello and its subsidiaries. Your role involves engaging with both new and existing clients to pitch and deliver integrated ideas, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure successful project execution. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across the business to meet project deliverables and contribute to refining systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
In this capacity, you will also embody the role of a Producer, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering innovative ideas that surpass client and agency expectations. As a highly organised Campaign Director with a strong technical understanding of production, you will explore and develop new approaches to social-first content. Your creative insights will play a crucial role in shaping project outcomes, as you assemble the right partners, production companies, or suppliers to elevate our creative endeavors.
We expect you to possess a strong understanding of social audience behaviour, the latest platform trends and specs - with a proven track record of delivering social-first campaigns. Additionally, the Campaign Director requires confidence in all elements of production management : from crewing and planning shoots to working closely with design and post-production teams to create workflows and schedules.
