The Role The Nurse Manager Nursing and Midwifery Programs is responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of nursing and midwifery programs within the Nursing and Midwifery & Clinical Governance Directorate at Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (Justice Health NSW). This role involves managing and supporting various programs such as the Graduate Nurse Program, Aboriginal Cadetship Program and the Enrolled Nurse Training Program. The role works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to address workforce matters, ensuring the statewide delivery of nursing and midwifery projects and initiatives, and fostering a highly professional nursing and midwifery workforce.
