This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of OpenText products, BAU (Business-as-Usual) support, upgrades, and implementation services.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for OpenText solutions and services to achieve revenue and growth targets.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.Account Management:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering account growth.Solutions Selling:Articulate the value proposition of OpenText solutions, including enterprise content management, information governance, and digital transformation initiatives.Promote professional services such as BAU support, upgrades, migrations, and implementations tailored to customer needs.Work closely with internal delivery teams, technical consultants, and solution architects to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales enablement materials.Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position OpenText solutions as the preferred choice for enterprise clients.Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding market dynamics and customer needs.Working Conditions:Permanent full timeOnsitePerthOccasional travel locally and/or interstateWhat will make you successful in this role?Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software or IT professional services.Prior experience working with OpenText solutions is highly desirable.Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the IT, software, or professional services industries.Knowledge of OpenText products and services, including enterprise content management, digital experience, and information governance.Demonstrated success in selling implementation, upgrades, and managed services to enterprise clients.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation strategies.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled at working independently or as part of a team.How to applyRecruitment Agencies/Headhunters:We got this covered.
