The Role As the General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the boutique hotel, restaurant, wellness center, and other key departments. Your focus will be on driving rooms revenue while maintaining seamless cross-functional operations. You'll lead a dedicated team, including department heads for marketing, wellness, and food & beverage, to deliver exceptional guest experiences across the board. Key responsibilities include: Driving Rooms Revenue: Take ownership of improving the average daily rate, enhancing the post-renovation guest experience, and creating cross-selling opportunities across wellness, F&B, and special packages. Leadership Across Departments: Oversee a cohesive team across various functions, ensuring high standards in guest service, from housekeeping to F&B. You'll mentor, train, and inspire the team to exceed expectations in this high-end, boutique environment. Autonomy & Initiative: This role offers a high level of independence. You will have the autonomy to make key decisions, implement new systems, and continually seek ways to enhance operations and guest satisfaction without requiring constant input from higher management. High-Touch Guest Experience: Lead the charge in delivering a meticulous, detail-oriented hospitality culture where every guest feels valued. Your background in boutique properties will ensure a personalized, memorable experience for each visitor. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with your heads of marketing, wellness, and food & beverage to develop innovative packages that seamlessly combine different services to elevate guest stays and boost revenue.
